Online ordering with personal pickup step by step

If you have decided to shop in our online store, below you will find some important tips that will help you complete the transaction step by step.

1. Add selected products to your cart

For each product, we have included a 'range' of weight per unit (e.g. one trout fillet, one gutted trout). You put the selected quantity of a given product in units in your basket. Our system will convert it to weight and calculate the amount to be paid, which you can pay via DotPay or PayPal. If, when preparing your order, after weighing, the weight of the products in the basket turns out to be lower, the amount to be paid will automatically be reduced. Any overpayment on your part will be compensated by us. We will attach a bag with the surplus paid in cash to the package prepared for you.
Our preserves in jars have a fixed weight and therefore a fixed price.

2. Decide if you need special packaging

We offer you the opportunity to purchase a polystyrene container for transporting purchased fish for the price of PLN 7. This is a leak-proof packaging that will allow you to transport your purchases without worrying about the cleanliness of your cars. It will also ensure that a constant temperature is maintained during transport. If you wish, we can add cooling inserts to the container. Products packed in this way can be stored for up to 24 hours without worrying about their freshness. If you decide on such packaging for the price of PLN 7, you must also add it to the basket. In the comment to the order, you can report the need to refill the container with cooling inserts. It will be useful if the parcel will be traveling further than the Koszalin/Sianów area. The polystyrene container is reusable. You can keep it for your next purchase. There is also the possibility of returning the previously purchased packaging. If you buy another container for transporting fish, you can easily return the polystyrene box purchased from us (of course in good condition, for further use) and we will give you the equivalent of PLN 7.

3. Select a convenient pickup date and time.

Thanks to online ordering, you have the opportunity to buy our products, also outside of our store's standard opening hours. When finalizing your order, you will be asked to choose a convenient date and time to collect your purchases. The stationary store is open from 7:00 to 15:00/16:00 and from 8:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. When shopping online, you can come to collect your order the next day after placing your order, between 7:00 and 20:00. Our employee will give you the ordered package after showing the order number (it is enough to show the confirmation email with the order number on your phone). It is also possible to collect your purchases on Sunday. In this case, please place and pay for the order no later than 11:00 on Saturday.

4. When is the latest I can place an order?
Orders placed by 12:00 will be available for collection the same day between 15:00 and 20:00. If you place your order after 12:00, it will be available for collection the next day between 7:00 and 20:00. If you place your order after 15:00 but by the end of the day, it will be ready for collection the next day between 10:00 and 20:00.

The packaging of our products plays a very important role because we want the product you order to reach your home as fresh as possible.
We pack fresh fish into plastic bags, which we then seal tightly by welding. This method of packing fish allows it to stay fresh longer. It also protects the package from odors escaping during transport.
The smoked fish is first packed in parchment paper and then in a bag, which we seal with a heat sealer to prevent the products from mixing odors once they are in one container.

All our preserves are packed in glass jars and do not require additional packaging.
The most important thing is a constant low temperature - that is why all products are placed in a specialist polystyrene container for the duration of the journey, designed for the transport of fish. The polystyrene boxes also contain cooling inserts, which we pack personally in tight packaging, adapted to the size of the entire package. Their task is to protect the entire shipment by maintaining a constant temperature until the package reaches you.

2. Packaging for shipping the order

Your orders will be packed in a special polystyrene container for transport. Additionally, there will be cooling inserts inside, which will help maintain the right temperature of the products. The packaging is leak-proof, so that the courier company can deliver the package to you without worrying about the cleanliness of their vehicles and in the same condition in which it left our farm. The cost of the container needed to ship your order is added to the shipping cost.

3. Shipping Fee

Your order will automatically be charged for courier delivery with specialist packaging. The total weight of such a package is Max. 30 kg. For larger orders, we will contact you to discuss the details and choose the most financially optimal method of delivering the products to your home.

4. When will the parcel be at my home?

We start preparing your products immediately after receiving and paying for your order. The package will be with you the next day or the day after placing your order at the latest, depending on the time of day your order is received. We always send packages so that they reach the customer no later than 24 hours after they are packed into the shipping container. So if you manage to order a package before the courier arrives at our company, the package will be with you the next day. If you place your order later, it will be handed over to the courier the next day so that it can reach you within the next 24 hours.
The packaging is prepared so that your purchases are safely stored for up to 48 hours. After receiving the shipment, immediately transfer everything to the refrigerator to maintain a constant, low temperature.
We ship your orders from Monday to Thursday. This means that by Friday at the latest, the ordered products are at your home and you can be sure that the package with fresh products has not been lying in the warehouse over the weekend.
