Delivery and payment
We ship via InPost and DPD courier companies. They guarantee fast and timely delivery of parcels, to any specified location in Poland, on the next business day between 8:00 and 18:00.
We only ship within Poland. We do not ship internationally.
Your order will be carefully packaged and secured and shipped according to your shipping date so that your treats arrive fresh.

- 47 PLN DPD FOOD courier (for prepaid orders up to 349.99 PLN),
- 0 PLN DPD FOOD courier (for prepaid orders over PLN 350),
- PLN 43 InPost courier (for prepaid orders up to PLN 349.99),
- PLN 0 InPost Courier (for prepaid orders over PLN 350),
Delivery is of course free for personal collection and for orders over PLN 349.99.
What should I do if I notice damage to my shipment?
In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to take a photo of the damaged package and draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. If this was not possible at the time of delivery, please contact the courier company's Service Department to determine further steps.
Completing a damage report does not initiate the complaint procedure. After completing the damage report, you must file an official complaint. You can find more information on the website of the carrier delivering your package:

With us you can make payments via the online system:

When choosing to pay by traditional transfer, the customer must take into account the possibility of an extension of the order processing time.
