Returns
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Due to the fact that the Seller offers Goods that spoil quickly and require storage in appropriate conditions, the right to withdraw from the contract in the scope of Goods in the form of fresh fish is completely excluded pursuant to Art. 38 sec. 1 item 4 of the Consumer Rights Act.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract begins when you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier take possession of the goods.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to us, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: sklep@dadon.pl. It is enough that you send us the declaration before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Send the returned goods to us immediately to the following address: Gospodarstwo Rybackie DADOŃ, address: ul. Strzelecka 12, 76–004 Sianów , but no later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.
We will return your payments immediately on the terms specified in the Store Regulations, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the return of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return - depending on which event occurs first.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in the cases indicated in the Regulations. All detailed information about your rights can be found in this document.
Complaints
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have certain rights in the event that the goods sold are not in accordance with the contract.
In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract , you have the right to submit a complaint – e.g. to the e-mail address: sklep@dadon.pl .
As a rule, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and is discovered within two years of that time.
Under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you may request:
- exchange of goods,
- repairs of goods.
In some cases, you may submit a declaration of:
- withdrawal from the contract,
- price reduction.
