Order
To add a product to an existing order, please contact us by phone
504 136 304 between 9:00-16:00 or contact by e-mail.
Orders placed by you before 3:00 p.m. can be collected in person the next day from 7:00 a.m. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be ready for collection in person the next day from 10:00 a.m.
If after unpacking the package it turns out that the products received do not match the order or something is missing, please contact us by email.
The price per package is PLN 7. For larger orders, over 15 kg, we will contact you individually to determine the shipping and packaging fee.
Shipment
All products ordered by you are packed personally on the day of shipment. We make every effort to pack to guarantee the freshness of our fish and processed products. The most important thing is to maintain a constant, low temperature from the beginning to the end of the transport route. Remember to keep the purchased goods in the refrigerator, so you can enjoy their fresh, real taste longer.
The packaging of our products plays a very important role because we want the product you order to reach your home as fresh as possible.
We pack fresh fish into plastic bags, which we then seal tightly by welding. This method of packing fish allows it to stay fresh longer. It also protects the package from odors escaping during transport.
The smoked fish is first packed in parchment paper and then in a bag, which we seal with a heat sealer to prevent the products from mixing odors once they are in one container.
All our preserves are packed in glass jars and do not require additional packaging.
The most important thing is a constant low temperature - that is why all products are placed in a specialist polystyrene container for the duration of the journey, designed for the transport of fish. The polystyrene boxes also contain cooling inserts, which we pack personally in tight packaging, adapted to the size of the entire package. Their task is to protect the entire shipment by maintaining a constant temperature until the package reaches you.
After receiving the shipment, it is important to immediately put the purchased goods in the refrigerator!
