Pasta with smoked carp

You probably know the taste of traditional fish paste. Cream, cottage cheese, egg, mayonnaise... they go great with smoked fish. We decided to share our favorite homemade paste with smoked carp. It may seem traditional, but it's unique. The ingredients are very simple - just a few products. The taste is fresh and unique. This is all thanks to the smoked carp straight from our smokehouse. Carp, which is not at all associated with delicacy, will surprise you in this version. Combined with fresh cottage cheese, dill, shallots, it creates a perfect set.
